Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is to be read together with all the Service Agreement and words and phrases used in this Policy shall have the same meaning attributed to them in all the Service Agreement unless otherwise specified or the context otherwise clearly requires.

 

Please note that WeWe may modify this Policy from time to time without any further notice. Any revisions or modifications to this Policy shall be effective thirty (30) days after the initial date of posting such revisions or modifications on WeWe’s website (www.wewe.cc) and such amendments shall be binding upon all the Service Agreement.


Eligibility for request to refund order will be assessed by our Customer Support team based on a number of factors, included but not limited to violations of our Terms of Service, general misconduct, and breach of policy of the WeWe delivery system. See below for Order specific eligibility. Order cannot be partially canceled (i.e. we can only cancel the entire order when it is justified).

Placed orders may be canceled within 48 hours while the status remains as New Order.

Placed orders may be canceled, upon review by Seller within 48 hours while the status remains as Missing Details order.

Placed orders may be canceled by both party with a reason(s) while the status remains as Active order.


  1. If seller is not able to deliver the work on the due date, the seller can request to extend the delivery time, buyer will receive notification and respond accordingly.

  2. If the order is due, the status will be marked as Late and if there is no response from seller and buyer, the order will auto cancel 24 hours after the due date. Payment will be refunded to the buyer.

Placed orders may be canceled within 72 hours with a reason(s) while the status remains as Pending Review order.

Placed orders may be canceled within 10 days with a reason(s) while the status remains as Delivered order. This is only applicable to those who purchased WeWe guarantee service called Return Policy.


WeWe will refund the package fee and Return Policy fee. The 5% service fee will not be refunded.

All refunds will be credited to the user account balance.
