Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems efficiently
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer problems and inquires
Requirements:
-Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline 
-Good customer service and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
-Patient with good problem-solving skills 
-Customer service experience preferred 
-For candidate with more experience, will be considered as Senior Technical Service Executive
