WeWe Social Media Campaign

Campaign Period

WeWe Social Media Campaign commences on 1 March 2023 and ends on 15 June 2023, both dates inclusive, unless specified herein or notified otherwise.

Terms & Conditions

The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign (“T&Cs”):

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, who have successfully apply for this Campaign at https://wewe.cc/events/influencers_campaign;
  2. Eligible Influencers will be contacted via email for further instructions;
  3. Eligible Influencers must have either an active Facebook, Instagram, or both account with at least 5,000 followers.
  4. Eligible Influencers are required to post and promote the domain brand throughout the campaign on their Facebook & IG. Total 3 posts till end of the campaign (1 post per month).

Campaign Incentive

5. Subject to the fulfilment of conditions as set out under Clause 3 & 4 above, the Eligible Influencers will be entitled the following incentive:

General

6. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Influencers:

  1. Agree they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the T&Cs herein;
  2. Agree that WeWe's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on all the Eligible Influencers;
  3. Agree to receive emails from WeWe, and related companies, containing offers and developments that may interest the Eligible Influencers. Eligible Influencers will be given the option to unsubscribe any email.
  4. Agree not to make any unsubstantiated claims about any third party or its products or services in any Content related to any Campaign; and
  5. Agree not to develop or post any Content that is in any way illegal, obscene or harmful to the reputation, goodwill or interest of the Company or the Sponsor or their respective products, services, associates, employees or affiliates or that is otherwise reasonably objectionable to the Company or the Sponsor.

7. WeWe reserves the right to:

  1. Terminate the Campaign;
  2. Replace and substitute the incentive herein with an alternative gift of similar value by way of posting on WeWe's Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/WeWeTalent) or in any other manner which WeWe deems practical, in order to give prior notice to the Eligible Influencers;
  3. Add, delete or amend the T&Cs herein, wholly or in part, or to terminate this Campaign by way of posting on WeWe's Facebook Page, or in any other methods which WeWe deems practical, in order to give a prior notice to the Eligible Influencers;
  4. Decline the eligibility of the Eligible Influencers from receiving the incentive reasonably believes to have performed a social posting in a manner or pattern which WeWe deems to be abnormal and irregular and WeWe's decision in this matter shall be final and conclusive on all the Eligible Influencers.

8. WeWe shall not be liable and responsible for any failure or delay in the submission and/or processing of the Eligible application which may result in the Eligible Influencers being eliminated from this Campaign.

9. WeWe accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the incentive and not specifically included in the incentive;

10. In order for the incentive to be validated, all applicants will be asked to provide a screenshot of the posting. Failure to provide will result in eliminated from the Campaign;

11. Eligible Influencers will be notified by WeWe after the Campaign ends and asked to provide their PayPal ID for the payout. Eligible Influencers must provide their PayPal ID within 3 working days, else, the incentive deems to be forfeited;

12. All Eligible Incentives will be paid out within a month after the Campaign ends;

13. All Eligible Incentives will be paid out using PayPal as the payment provider. The default currency is USD, and an additional transaction fee will incur due to the terms of service of PayPal. The total amount received by Eligible Influencers will not be the actual amount of the incentive.
